DON’T BLINK!!
And somehow I thought when I was taking this class photo, one of my biggest worries were not blinking.

I was so afraid of blinking, so I overcompensated by keeping my eyes way too wide. At the same time, I also was so embarrassed by my broken chipped front teeth, that I shattered on a pole, running past the back of a Standard Oil gas station.

And don’t get me started about my hair, I hated my amazing curly wavy locks, and tried doing anything to straighten them, even using a clothes iron.
I wish I could go back in time and tell young Gary, if you think life is f*cked now, wait till the future.
Joking. Not joking.
