THIRD STREET SCHOOL 100th Anniversary YEARBOOK!!!💥🔥❤️

💥I’m honored to create the cover art for my old elementary school’s yearbook cover!

💥Last fall, I created a signed print to raise fund for the school & I gave a lecture to the student body to instill confidence in their desire to go after their dreams!

⚡️In the same auditorium where I spoke, as a 6th grader, I listened to Bob Clampett’s presentation about creating animated cartoons! It gave me the confidence to become an artist!

💥I also got the loudest and longest ovation from the kids that melted my heart.
I also had all the children sing happy birthday to Bosko at the time.

THE BUCKINGHAM WARRIOR!
12 years ago, David Charles Rodrigues and I created this animated musical fairytale based on my father’s true story for MOCAtV.
My father Ben Baseman who survived the holocaust, fought the Nazi invasion as a Partisan in the Polish/Ukrainian birch tree forests for almost 4 years. The Buckingham Warrior was a character I created to honor my father’s amazing will of survival.
We transformed my father’s harsh reality into a fanciful story of survival and hope, which was animated by Peter Markowski, produced by Eric Barrett, and scored by South-African duo DIE ANTWOORD.

They are adorable & heavenly but need kitty lovers to help take care of them till they find homes.

We have been helping @luxepaws with these 5 adorable black kittens. It has been so emotional to take care of these babies after losing Bosko. One day I’ll write more about these past weeks which has been an emotional roller coaster.

I’m happy to celebrate the Life of Bosko with this BOSKO’S Bubble of Love painting on the cover!

The last sketchbook took over a year to finish which lasted longer than most. It usually takes 3-4 months to complete a sketchbook or 6 months at most.
But the tragic loss of Bosko turned everything upside down.
